Refund Policy

Every Wilder Seasons book is printed in small batches and hand-wrapped in Omaha, Nebraska. Because of that, all sales are final — we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

What we do stand behind, completely: you will never be stuck with a damaged book.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@wilderseasons.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a free replacement right away — no return needed. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund you in full.

Orders lost in transit If tracking shows your order was lost on the way, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Digital downloads Delivered instantly by email — all sales are final. If you ever have trouble accessing your files, we'll always help: hello@wilderseasons.com.
