Welcome to Wilder Seasons. By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Our products Wilder Seasons guidebooks, coloring books, digital downloads, and goods are for personal, non-commercial family use. All content — including the 52-week structure, artwork, text, and photography — is the copyrighted property of Wilder Seasons and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Digital products Digital downloads are licensed to the purchasing household. Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting files is not permitted.

Orders & pricing All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders (with a full refund) at our discretion.

Outdoor activities Our books encourage outdoor exploration. Adult supervision is required for all activities. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your children, your abilities, and local conditions. Wilder Seasons is not liable for injuries or losses arising from activities described in our materials.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wilder Seasons' liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA.
